What are the specific steps of PCB manufacturing process?

With the rapid progress of modern technology, PCB manufacturing technology is also developing. Then, what are the specific steps of PCB manufacturing process? Now let engineers share with you one by one:
1. Printed circuit board
Use transfer paper to print the drawn circuit board. Usually, two circuit boards are printed on a piece of paper, and the best printed one is selected to make the circuit board.

2. Copper clad laminate cutting
The whole process diagram of circuit board is made with photosensitive plate, and the copper clad plate is cut into the size of circuit board.
3. Pretreatment of copper clad laminate
The oxide layer on the surface of the copper clad laminate needs to be polished with fine sandpaper to ensure that the carbon powder on the heat transfer paper is firmly printed on the copper clad laminate when the circuit board is transferred.
4. Transfer circuit board
Cut the printed circuit board to a proper size, stick the printed side of the circuit board on the copper clad laminate, and put the copper clad laminate into the heat transfer machine after alignment. Generally, after 2-3 times of transfer, the circuit board is firmly transferred on the copper clad laminate.
5. Corrosion of circuit board and reflow welding machine
First check whether the circuit board is completely transferred, and then carry out corrosion. When the exposed copper film on the circuit board is completely corroded, take the circuit board out of the corrosive solution and clean it, and a circuit board is thus corroded.
6. Circuit board drilling
The selection of drilling needle is based on the thickness of the pins of electronic components. When operating the drill for drilling, be sure to hold the circuit board firmly and maintain the speed of the drill.
7. Pretreatment of circuit board
After the last step (drilling), the circuit board needs to be pretreated, the toner covered on the board is polished with fine sandpaper, and then the circuit board is cleaned with clean water. After the water on the circuit board dries, apply pine perfume on the side with the circuit board. You can use a hot air blower to heat the circuit board to speed up the solidification of rosin.
8. Welding electronic components
All electronic components are welded to the circuit board and powered on. So far, the production of PCB circuit board is completed.
